Its my pleasure to inform you the 4th Asian Regional Conference & 10th International Seminar on Participatory Irrigation Management (PIM) as well as International History Seminar on Irrigation and Drainage will be held in Tehran from 2-5 May, 2007 by the IRNCID, ICID & INPIM, World Bank and IWMI.
